1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • We will provide instructions and arrange for pickup or request you to ship it back, depending on your location.
  • Returned items must be securely packed to avoid further damage.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4. Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective).

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible for defective or damaged items only. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will process it depending on stock availability.

6. Return Shipping Costs
