1. Shipping Coverage

We ship across India. If you'd like an international shipment, please contact our support team before placing your order so we can confirm availability and costs.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality checks and packaging.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days within India.
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days where available.
  • Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may take longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping for orders over ₹999. A flat fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹999. Express shipping costs (if selected) will be shown at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also check order status by signing in to your Kazhni account and visiting My Orders.

6. Delays

Delays can occur due to weather, courier issues, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Kazhni is not liable for delays outside our control; however, we will proactively help you with the courier to resolve issues.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned to us, reshipment charges will apply. If you notice a mistake right after placing the order, contact support immediately.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item. For lost shipments, we will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.

9. Returns & Exchanges (Shipping Costs)

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will cover shipping. For buyer remorse or change of mind, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless specified otherwise in the product's return policy.
